TechGen’s team and management Community Development and Cultural Care program has a long-term future focus on relationship success that depends on our ability to build trust within our relationships dealing directly with traditional owners, and their business owned and operated working on Country together in successful partnerships as employees, contractors, suppliers and other opportunities as they arise.
With our Aboriginal Relations a key focus of TG1's Community Development and Cultural Care efforts is the engagement of Traditional Land Owners and Aboriginal peoples from very early stages in exploration with meetings, introductions, clearances on Country. With the success of these partnerships and ultimately exploration success, then business relationships and working partnerships and opportunities for Indigenous owned opportunities grow and prosper.
TG1 actively recognise and respects that the Traditional Owners have been the custodians of this land for thousands of years and we acknowledge their distinct culture, beliefs and way of life. TG1's ongoing commitment to this process is testament to our future and futures of the people we work with.
