Mr Spitalny is an independent professional geologist and provides his services through his company, Han-Ree Holdings Pty Ltd. He is a member of the AusIMM and has acted for several publicly listed companies as a Competent Person, as defined by the JORC Code (2012). He has also held board positions in public companies.

His exploration experience spans 30 years and includes exploration of many earl-stage “greenfields” projects, completing regional to detailed (prospect scale) mapping, designing and implementing sampling programs and follow-up drilling programs that have led to mineral discoveries. He has also completed investigations of more-established “brownfields” projects to identify the untested potential of mineral deposits, along with project appraisals in-general and due-diligence investigations.

The majority of Mr Spitalny’s exploration experience has focused upon gold deposits although he is also an expert in lithium pegmatites. In addition, he has significant experience with manganese, nickel, copper and some gemstone deposits. Projects he has worked-on have been in Australia (WA, Queensland, Northern Territory), Angola, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Germany, Namibia and the U.S.A.
